Use of Force Litigation Services

In the early 2000’s 3Tier Services were asked to start helping lawyers in criminal and civil cases in the capacity of consulting on their cases, testifying in court, writing reports, assisting in trials or depositions, and conducting investigations. Having worked on cases all over the country over the years working in both the federal court level and the state levels, 3Tier has worked alongside lawyers in literally thousands of cases, both criminal and civil cases. It was this work that caused 3Tier Services to totally revamp how they provided training to be as courtroom relevant as possible. 

Cases are initially reviewed via a cost-free phone call.

If it is mutually agreed that 3Tier Services might be able to be of some help then a flat fee is agreed upon to review the case discovery by 3Tier services.

Once that initial review is done then another consultation occurs and based on that consultation a course of action moving forward agreed upon by both parties. 

3Tier Services reviews each case before ever agreeing to work on them & these selections are chosen on a case-by-case basis.
