Training

3Tier works off a foundation of over 30+ years of conducting Use of Force training for civilians, law enforcement/corrections, private security professional’s, small military groups and legal professionals. In utilizing a combined total 30+ years’ experience in the martial arts, professional executive protection work, and many years of obtaining various use of force training certifications, unarmed and armed, 3Tier provides insight into the complex world called “Use of Force”. Whether it is reality-based training, cognitive training, expert services, or an independent investigation, 3Tier gives each aspect its full attention and service. It is our experience that Use of Force continues to be one of the legal arenas that does not get enough attention or detail until it is needed “after the fact”. Training skills are taught based on specific types of learners. 3Tier has incorporated the best practices in Learning Styles, Neuro Linguistics Programming, Motivational Styles, and proven Alpha Brain Wave Training to help those we work with learn and obtain skills as fast as possible. Training is based on reality, real life self-defense, and survival stress implications.
